Roles and Responsibilities
> Continuously ideate and develop innovative RTC/ RTE product portfolio (Veg/ Non-veg)
> Develop new product prototypes at R&D level for culinary based products.
> Continuously build value added new products basket and customize as per requirement.
> Improve / Modify the existing product formulation and standardize the commercialization process.
> Responsible to scale up the new product and standardize the manufacturing process.
> Knowledge of FSSAI standards and norms for cold chain product category.
> Maintain the project tracker and adhere to launches.
> Conduct the sensory evaluation of new products.
> Work closely with cross functional teams for the shelf life studies, product specifications, process optimization and legal requirements.
