We’re looking for a Manager - NbS (Afforestation) to lead large-scale afforestation and restoration projects, manage carbon offset data, and bridge on-ground execution with strong program and data management. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in the field and working with datasets, reports, and stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
• Lead end-to-end afforestation and restoration projects
• Work closely with field teams to ensure scientific and execution quality
• Manage carbon sequestration data and support carbon credit processes
• Analyse large datasets (survival rates, growth, GIS/tagging)
• Prepare technical reports and impact assessments for CSR partners
• Coordinate with corporate partners, field teams, and technical experts
Who we’re looking for:
• Background in Forestry, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in environmental or development sector projects
• Strong data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets mandatory)
• Understanding of carbon markets and offset mechanisms
• Comfortable with field visits and on-ground realities
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
