Requirements:
Technical & OSS Indicators
1. Minimum 150 to 250+ GitHub commits in the last 12 months
2. At least 3 to 5 meaningful Pull Requests merged in any open-source project (PRs can be small—bug fixes, docs improvements, tests, etc., but must be genuine)
3. Comfortable using Linux-based systems for daily workflows
4. Strong understanding of Git: branching, rebasing, merging, resolving conflicts
5. Demonstrated understanding of clean code practices (readability, structure, naming, etc.)
Instructional Design Indicators
1. Ability to explain technical concepts simply
2. Ability to structure content logically and build conceptual scaffolding
3. Strong writing clarity
4. Ability to design hands-on tasks and micro-projects
5. Experience teaching peers or contributing to documentation is a plus
6. Immediate availability for joining.
7. Work from office only (Bangalore – HSR Layout). No remote option.
