We are looking for AGM / DGM to join the Sparsh Team at RR Nagar to handle the critical role of Operations Head.
The role is to handle redressal of customer complaints internal & external. Ensure that recurring issues are resolved proactively. To design and implement processes for enhanced customer care. Work with the clinical and administrative teams to support patient care, facility maintenance, quality improvement and day-to-day operations. Role includes managing team, training, counselling, documentation, reports and regulatory, compliance and fulfilling audit requirements for NABH & NABL as per set standards of operational excellence. Involving in business review meetings, liasoning with local authorities, Govt. Offices and to support Transplant team for documentation etc., Plan and implement cost control measures. VIP and corporate patient support & logistics as per hospital protocol.
