Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in healthcare IT/HIS support)

Sagar Hospital is urgently hiring a HIS Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting our HIS to ensure seamless healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for HIS and other hospital applications.

Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.
Train end-users and assist in implementation of HIS modules.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
Document issues, resolutions, and updates in system logs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in HIS or healthcare application support.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
