The event featured policy discussions and visions shared by representatives from multiple sectors, including the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society and executives from Microsoft Thailand, who emphasized the importance of public-private collaboration in positioning Thailand as a regional hub for AI technology.

Fusion Joins Forces with Microsoft and SME Bank to Host “UP SKILL SMEs” Workshop Empowering Thai Businesses with AI in Khon Kaen

Khon Kaen, May 21, 2025 – Fusion, in collaboration with Microsoft and SME Bank, organized a hands-on workshop under the theme “UP SKILL SMEs: Grow Your Business with AI” at the WINTER Room, 1st Floor, Glacier Hotel, Khon Kaen. The event aimed to enhance the technological skills of SMEs in the Northeastern region of Thailand, focusing on AI and Microsoft 365, to help them keep pace with the rapidly evolving digital business landscape.

The event began with welcome remarks from the Fusion and Microsoft teams. Following the opening, Mr. Seksan Dutsadeewiroj, Chief Marketing Officer of Fusion, delivered a keynote on “Transforming Business with the Power of AI”, offering attendees a broad perspective on the AI trends reshaping the global business arena.

Late morning sessions introduced participants to Microsoft 365, highlighting its potential to boost productivity and workplace security. Key tools for modern organizations were demonstrated in detail.

In the afternoon, participants joined “AI Use Cases” and “AI Workshop” sessions, where they explored and experimented with AI applications tailored to their organizations in a practical setting.
