Hey everyone,

Webconnex, the parent company of our registration system, is currently experiencing an outage impacting their electronic payment processing services. Their team is aware of the situation and are working on a resolution, but have not provided an ETA for us. Due to this outage, credit/debit card processing is temporarily unavailable for all events using their electronic payment processing services.

If you are trying to register and it is not working, our suggestion at this time is to wait and try registering again either later today or tomorrow. We know this may be frustrating, and appreciate your patience while we await a resolution. Once we know more, we will post an update here and on our socials.

Dealers Staff ensure that our attendees and dealers have a wonderful convention experience. They are active during load-in, load out, and the operating hours of the convention.

Accessibility Staff assist our attendees with the accessibility options that we offer for panels, events and general convention enjoyment, so that everybody gets a chance to join in on the fun!
