i think it's unhealthy how we're all so obsessed with being different, unique to stand out all the time. like what's wrong with being normal, having a normal job, a normal family, a normal amount of wealth? why shouldn't this be satisfying enough? why are…

why not? why not chase the high? why settle for something normal when you can have top things?
do you not ever chase the top spot while playing games, in academics, in tournaments? when our whole purpose is based on the idea of competitiveness, then why stay mediocre?
