everything and nothibg, either i wish to redo everything in my life or i prefer whatever happens, happens for a reason and it made me what I'm today or what I'll be tomorrow

yes, often times, social media drains everything out of me. i still use it though (for now) because i wanr to get drained. about addiction yeah, i feel rhe addiction but you can't do any one step solution for this, just notice it and slowly start erasing and rebelling against it.
afterall the whole point of being human is acting rebellious
