abundance of information on social media have convinced people to act conceited and appear in vanity. how much longer when this bubble is gonna burst?

i insensitively observed that, i don't sit with my thoughts anymore. like it's always me multitasking my ways with thoughts along with doing others tasks simultaneously.
i do in fact have noticed it earlier, where i mentioned about "monologuing my thoughts", it's another side of what i discovered. half of my issues are arising from that single activity i'm doing every moment.

i think i'm getting old and might have to start practicing meditation, lol
