We might think we turned out to be completely different from what we expected of ourselves. And yes, we do grow up to become something other than what we thought we would. It could be the complete opposite or simply not aligned with our younger self's dreams, but does that really matter? Our 14- or 15-year-old self couldn't fully comprehend how we would turn out as adults.

After all, our younger self never realized or imagined how much their older version would be handling on their own. So, it's better not to feel guilty about not being the person we expected to become and instead focus on being better and more efficient with our current, evolving self.
