💬 Vladimir Putin: The talks we have just finished highlighted the great significance that Moscow and Beijing attach to the development and strengthening of comprehensive Russia-China partnership and strategic interaction. This partnership can certainly set an example of ties between neighbouring states.

Key talking points:

• This state visit takes place in the year of the 75th Anniversary of our diplomatic relations. Our country was the first to recognise the People’s Republic of China on October 2, 1949, the day after its declaration.

• I want to note the significance of the Joint Statement we have adopted, which sets new objectives and long-term directives for advancing the entire spectrum of Russian-Chinese relations.

Вчера был на премьере фильма одноименного с моим каналом – Тызыта (воспоминание). Очень крутая картина! Пока он на фестивалях, и посмотреть можно только трейлер.

Фильм снял Арамазд Калайджян, который приехал в Эфиопию туристом, но через армянское сообщество увлекся историей эфиопской культуры. Тема фильма (вклад армян в культуру эфиопии), казалось бы, предполагает что-то дистиллированное, но у Арамазда получилось рассказать куда более интересную историю: зритель почти забывает, что кино про армян, и наслаждается сложными переплетениями жизней, видами Аддис-Абебы (частично утраченными) и, конечно, саундтреком.

Отдельная радость видеть кадры с Алемаеху Эшете, Амха Эшете, Франсисом Фальсето, Аеле Мамо и другими людьми, многие из которых уже ушли в лучший мир.

Кстати, оказывается, я здесь уже выкладывал одну работу Калайджяна – клип Вахе (семья которого живет в Эфиопии больше ста лет) с песней Тызыта на амхарском и английском языках.

Церемония подписания состоялась в Доме народных собраний в Пекине в рамках государственного визита президента Российской Федерации Владимира Путина в Китайскую Народную Республику – первой зарубежной поездки президента с момента официального вступления в должность.
Экспертный форум будет проводиться на полях Петербургского международного экономического форума – одного из самых масштабных и значимых деловых событий в России.
В ходе мероприятия ведущие экономисты, политологи и специалисты по международным отношениям из 10 стран – Бразилии, России, Индии, Китая, Южной Африки, Египта, Ирана, ОАЭ, Саудовской Аравии и Эфиопии – обсудят пути решения вопросов, стоящих перед БРИКС, и обменяются мнениями о роли БРИКС в современной системе международных отношений.
