Attending The Prayer Accompanied By Those Things That Carry An Offensive Smell (Not Just The Smell Of Garlic And Onions)
Don't forget our brothers and sisters in Filasteen and around the world in your supplications, especially when you're fasting. Baarakallaahu feekum.
Reflect Over These Verses

Al-Quraan 13:4

And in the earth are neighbouring tracts, and gardens of vines, and green crops (fields), and date-palms, growing into two or three from a single stem root, or otherwise (one stem root for every palm), watered with the same water; yet some of them We make more excellent than others to eat. Verily, in these things there are Ayât (proofs, evidence, lessons, signs) for the people who understand.

Al-Quraan 13:17

He sends down water (rain) from the sky, and the valleys flow according to their measure, but the flood bears away the foam that mounts up to the surface - and (also) from that (ore) which they heat in the fire in order to make ornaments or utensils, rises a foam like unto it, thus does Allâh (by parables) show forth truth and falsehood[1]. Then, as for the foam it passes away as scum upon the banks, while that which is for the good of mankind remains in the earth. Thus Allâh sets forth parables (for the truth and falsehood, i.e. Belief and disbelief).

Revive a forgotten sunnah

Narrated Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him):

I saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) eating cucumber with fresh dates.

Charity boxes / buckets

Some of the brothers from Thailand asked me about a practice in their country where, after Jumu'ah prayers, some masjids pass around a box between the worshippers, and they contribute money to it. Some give, while others do not, but it gets passed by all the worshippers. Is this action permissible?

I answer, with the help of Allāh, that this action is not permissible. Whoever wishes to give charity should do so discreetly without causing embarrassment. The origin of charity is that it should be discreet, and there is no need to publicise it. This practice is not something we are accustomed to or aware of except from the Hizbi individuals and innovators. The Prophet, peace be upon him, had a masjid, and there was not donation box therein. Likewise, the righteous predecessors did not have such practices. Any act of worship that was available to the Prophet, peace be upon him, and he did not do it, [doing it after him] is an innovation.

Ruling on the Fast of A Woman Who Notices Bleeding Or Has A Miscarriage During Her Fast - Abu Atiyah

O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit women against their will; and you should not treat them with harshness, that you may take away part of the Mahr [1] you have given them, unless they commit open illegal sexual intercourse; and live with them honourably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allâh brings through it a great deal of good.

The sister's side mistakenly performed rukū' when the Imām said Takbir for sujūd At-Tilāwah

The imām pronounced Takbir and prostrated for sujūd At-Tilāwah (prostration of recitation), but some of the followers, especially among the women, bowed, thinking that the imām had pronounced the Takbir for bowing, only realising after he had risen from prostration. What is the ruling on their actions? And what if the opposite happens, where the imām pronounces Takbir for bowing, but some of the followers prostrate for the prostration of recitation, assuming that the imām had prostrated for recitation?

Sheikh Ibn Bāz raḥimahullāh answered:

Those who bowed while the imām was prostrating for recitation, and only realised after he had risen, should continue with the rest of the prayer following the imām, and they bear no blame because they did not known what the imām did. Similarly, if the imām bowed and a follower mistakenly thought he was prostrating, the follower should rise, bow when the imām bows, and then continue following the imām for the rest of the prayer, and there is no blame on them, as they did not intentionally oppose him, but rather misunderstood the situation. Allāh is the grantor of success.
