Maybe we should not have published this video at all...
Here are the types of comments I keep receiving from viewers under the video. I wasn’t sure about this video, and here we go!
Today’s guest is “Lord” Edward Davenport, whose net worth is estimated at $100M. He is a Brit who now lives in Thailand and owns around 60 properties in central London.
Years earlier, he turned a former embassy building into one of London’s wildest and most luxurious party mansions, where he hosted stars like Cher and the Rolling Stones. But… a life this extraordinary rarely comes without trouble. Edward went to prison after a multimillion-pound fraud case and later paid £10 million under a confiscation order.
Yet after his release, he kept living life on his own terms. I spent three days with Edward, and he told me how he made millions organizing parties, what really happened inside his legendary mansion, what almost three years in prison were like, and why he chose Thailand when he could live almost anywhere in the world.

I’m now on a plane flying from Singapore to Monaco.
Long time no talk. My last update was at the end of August, so I wanted to share what’s been happening.
In Europe, we’re working on a pretty big project: a documentary about one of the biggest founders in iGaming. His company is valued at around $5 billion. We’re starting filming in Monaco, on his yacht, and after that we’re taking a private jet to Portugal to continue filming there. Pretty exciting project.
Apart from that, September has been a very busy month. We officially launched TBC, The Backstage Circle, our private membership. I came up with the idea last year, tested the interest at the beginning of 2026, and now we’re live.
We currently have 16 very high-level members building and running businesses across completely different industries, from international schools and pregnancy apps to garment manufacturing and AI. They’re between 35 and 63 years old, originally from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, France, Germany, US, Russia, the Netherlands, Canada, Ukraine, Australia, the UK, South Africa, Serbia, Hong Kong and Cambodia, but all of them are now based in Asia.
The beginning of September was pretty stressful. I got super sick 10 days before our first TBC gathering in Phuket. It felt like my first COVID, really bad. On the first day I literally couldn’t get out of bed: 39+ fever, extreme body pain and a terrible headache. Eventually I recovered before the event, although the cough stayed with me for the first two days of the trip. Anyway, we made it happen.
A big reason why is the team I’ve assembled. Rob is our Operations Lead. Before TBC, he had already been working with me for two years on the YouTube brand deals side and helped us grow our commercial collaborations vertical 10x. He’s from NYC, has a military background, and is probably one of the most solid executors I can imagine.
And Qi, who I’ve interviewed three times on my channel, is our Founding Programme & Facilitation Lead. She’s also one of the smartest people I know, and our TBC members basically said the same thing after meeting her, haha. Stanford graduate. You understand the level, yeah?
After the opening trip, I took an entire week off and did absolutely nothing. And I’m not ashamed of it, although it’s definitely not typical for me. I stayed in Thailand, rode a motorcycle, went to ice baths and saunas, ate a lot of Thai and Russian food, met friends, and that was basically it. God, I needed it. Now I feel fully recharged.
What else? YouTube is doing well, although the views are fluctuating because we experimented with some controversial topics, haha. But that’s part of the game.
One very exciting interview is coming soon, with a guy who was jailed in Singapore by mistake and has just been released from prison. It became huge news here, and even ministers were debating the case. Now a 2+ hour interview with him is coming to our channel next week.
Oh yeah, one last thing. I signed up for HYROX at the end of November in Singapore. Am I training for it? Well... technically not really. But I signed up, so now I have about two months to somehow get ready, and I already know I’m going to suffer haha
But it’s okay. Not the end of the world, right? Or maybe I’ll die during the event. Let’s see.
Okay, that was quite an update. Talk soon.
P.S. I just looked around the plane and had this weird thought. I’m 42 years old, I feel better than I did at 30, and I’m sitting on this huge, beautiful plane (speaking like Trump), flying business class from Asia to Europe to work on a fucking exciting YouTube project.
What? Is this actually my life?
I’m not saying this to be cocky. I’ve had so many downs and low points before, honestly much more than ups. So I’m just sharing what I’m feeling right now: genuine surprise and gratitude for where life has taken me.

From a Tinder Date to a Singapore Prison
Here is one of the craziest stories on my YouTube channel.
Meet Lev Panfilov, a Russian who moved to Singapore from Saint Petersburg as a teenager, completed his National Service, and dreamed of representing Singapore in fencing at the Olympics. But one Tinder date changed everything…
In this video, Lev reveals what life is really like inside Singapore’s maximum-security prison, shares the shocking details of what happened on that Tinder date, and explains what it takes to rebuild your life after spending nearly three years behind bars.

Millionaires Are Looking for Friends Too
In September, we launched a project we'd been working on since last year: The Backstage Circle (TBC), a private membership community for accomplished entrepreneurs and investors.
Our first gathering took place in Phuket. There were 18 of us in total, including my amazing team, Qi and Rob. We talked about life and business, had a lot of fun, and met a local billionaire.
The core value of TBC is its people. Every member is carefully selected: highly successful at what they do, open-minded, and, just as importantly, a genuinely good person (we even had a “no assholes” policy when screening candidates haha).
But something surprised me.
People at this level are incredibly focused on their businesses (which is one of the reasons they're so successful). Yet they're also looking for something else: deep, meaningful relationships, genuine friendships, and people they can truly trust.
After our Phuket gathering, I sat down to articulate the purpose of TBC. Here's what I came up with:
Our Purpose:
To help accomplished people make deliberate choices about their next chapter in life or business through trusted peers, real-world insights, and shared experiences.
Ultimately, it comes down to three main benefits for our members:
1. Better people around you
2. Better decisions, knowledge, and opportunities
3. People who know you well enough to challenge you over time
When I finished writing all this, I realized that we're building something truly powerful.
And I'm incredibly happy about it.
Towards the end of this year, we'll open applications for our second TBC cohort. You can already register your interest in joining.

Europe vs Asia
A bit of rambling about my 2.5 weeks in Europe. I visited quite a few cities across different countries and just wanted to share some thoughts on Europe vs Asia and how I see them today.

More than half a million views in just 2 weeks, with most of the audience coming from Singapore.
If you're interested, I can share how we made this video, why I think it became such a hit in Singapore, and how much money we made from it. lmk
