Futurism Technologies is excited to invite passionate and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Analyst Interns at our Hinjewadi office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and emerging technologies including AI, ML, and Gen AI.

Position: Business Analyst Intern
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Work From Office)
Experience: Freshers (2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-outs)
Qualification: BE/BTech, BCA, MCA, MBA (Computer background only)

Shift Timings:
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

✅ Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and process flows

• Attend meetings, document minutes, and track action items

• Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams

• Manage change requests and track issues using tools like Trello/Jira

• Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Perform operational tasks related to AI workflows and flag discrepancies

• Apply foundational knowledge of Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) in project contexts

Internship Details:
