Dharma
means Universal Truth; the eternal and inherent nature of reality.
βοΈDharma is the center that holds everything together.
That is why when you are in the truth, you are said to have wholeness.
Wholeness does not mean having a whole lot of things.
Wholeness comes from having a center.
A little thing with a center gets crystallized.
A huge thing without a center just crumbles and falls apart.
Something consolidated, something crystallized, something held very tightly to its center will always prevail over something very big but very amorphous, very powdery, very loose.
Dharma is like an internal adhesive. It keeps all parts of you together, whole, centered.βοΈβ¨β¨β¨
~ Acharya Prashant
(on Bhagavad Gita ; Gita-1)
