THE EMPATH

⚜️Empaths can hear what remains unsaid. They read in energies, between the lines, and in behaviors. They listen not only to words, but to their use, to context, to what may be overlooked or ignored, to tone and vibrations of voice.

They have a sense of the possible causes and conscious/unconscious intentions behind what is said. They maintain eye contact, decipher facial expressions and gestures, and hear silence speak. They hear messages without words because energy is never silent. They also perceive collective energies.

Sensitive/empathic people must therefore be mindful of their energy and whether it is being drawn from them. If they are not, their experience is quickly characterized by anger, sensory overload, anxiety and physical, as well as emotional, overload and exhaustion.

If you are an empath, take good care of yourself and your knowing, feeling heart.
