✨Human beings cannot yet breathe through all the pores of their skin, so their breathing is not yet complete, ideal and divine.

However, some yogis have been able to breathe through the skin, and in this way they catch all kinds of vital energies and substances. That is why they can reduce the amount of solid and liquid food: They have learned to take in more subtle elements.

You can learn this exercise at sunrise: you absorb the sun's rays through your skin and store them in the solar plexus. In this way, after months and years, you will feel that small openings, small doors are opening up in you, which are already there but do not yet work due to a lack of practice.🧡
