Today, my team had a Google Meet discussion about one of the most important parts of building a startup:
Acquisition Channels.
It sounds simple:
“How do customers find us?”
But there’s a deeper question:
Why would they stop, pay attention, and want to learn more?
Your acquisition channel is the bridge between your solution and your first customer.
It could be:
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- Communities
But the goal isn’t to be everywhere.
The goal is to find the channel where your customers already are.
One lesson I’m taking from today:
- Don’t build first and hope people discover you.
- Understand how people discover you, then build for them.
Building a startup is teaching me that distribution can be just as important as the product itself.

NVIDIA AI SERVERS COULD GET 15%+ MORE EXPENSIVE
NVIDIA has reportedly warned some of its biggest customers that AI servers using its chips could become more than 15% more expensive for systems shipping in early 2027.
The increase is reportedly being driven largely by soaring memory-chip costs, and could affect systems using NVIDIA’s flagship Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell platforms. Major data-center customers including Microsoft, Google and Oracle are reportedly being notified.
