Oh, I feel this.
As I look around on the daily seeing all the signs of
*de-volution* knowing humans have already been so much more “advanced” in years past, my inner mantra is “to remember”.
This has been a beyond profound practice because the remembering does happen.
Visions, tid bits of information, feelings I’ve never recognized before do come in deepening the experience of this precious life.
This is a broad topic, but I will say that I’ve noticed just by remembering or tapping into my innate wisdom,
has taken some of the pressure off in present time bc the need to cultivate more and more knowledge takes energy whereas, *remembering* requires quieting down…
