RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with stakeholders to conduct elicitation process, present proposed solutions, manage change requests and process feedback during different stages of the projects
• Plan and conduct requirements analysis and design definition, prepare specifications and other artifacts (presentation, guides, release notes, etc.) for different groups of stakeholders
• Participate in the development process as a business analyst, starting with roadmap and prioritization to validation and demos, to support both the team and the client
• Take part in the internal BA activities: maintain knowledge base, make researches, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of actual experience working as a business analyst or requirements analyst in IT projects
• Fluent spoken and good written English
• Practical experience in planning BA activities from scratch and in the established processes
• Practical experience of driving elicitation process on different project stages
• Understanding of different types of requirements and practical experience of their description in the appropriate formats/artifacts
• Practical experience with functionality decomposition and modeling (UML , BPMN)
• Understanding of requirements life cycle and activities to analyze and manage requirements
• Experience with key BA technics (interview, workshop, document analysis, estimation, etc.)
• Understanding of agile development processes (e.g. Scrum) and proactive participation as BA in such processes
• Basic technical skills (architecture principles, SQL, reverse engineering experience)
• Experience in issue solving and risk assessment from the BA perspective
• Good communication skills, experience as presenter and negotiator with clients and teams
• Self-management and ability to work without permanent supervision

Requirements:
• The presence of a certificate from Scrum Alliance Certification or PSM1, or any other certificate that confirms your knowledge
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum values, roles, events and artifacts;
• Real work experience as a Scrum Master in one or more teams from 1 year;
• Experience in effective communication both within the Scrum team and with external stakeholders;
• Knowledge and understanding of the main product practices: story mapping, impact mapping;
• Practical experience of working with the product owner in backlog management;
• Ability and desire to convey their ideas;
• Practical skills in facilitating groups of up to 15 people
• English level from B1
Responsibilities:
• Working as a Scrum Master in a product development team, organizing and improving the efficiency of the scrum team work process;
• Training in the Scrum Framework, the introduction of a flexible approach to managing the product development team;
• Assistance to the product owner in working on the vision of the product, the formation and prioritization of the backlog;
• Organization of transparency of the work process of the Scrum team;
• Assistance in resolving difficult or conflict situations within the team
• Meeting facilitation
• Working within the organization, implementing agile approaches to managing the organization
Will be a plus
• Technical education
• Certificates from scrumorg, scrumalliance, etc.
• Experience in organizing and conducting Scrum and Kanban trainings
