Dear Patriots, let the Democrats shut the government down and use this as an opportunity to terminate many of the “nonessential” workers. Instead of growing the deficit, this will reduce it.

As we speak, 600 military judges are in Washington in response to the government shutdown.

We are now officially on the offensive.

For the record: When the U.S. federal government shuts down on, approximately 700,000 federal employees will be required to work WITHOUT pay, as they are designated “excepted” employees. These employees are essential for national security, public safety, and other critical functions.

Key Agencies and Their Excepted Workforce:

Department of Defense (DoD): ~223,900 civilian employees, including military technicians and certain administrative staff, will continue working.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS): Essential services like Medicare, Medicaid, and FDA drug approvals continue. CMS retains 53% of staff; FDA retains 86%.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): 64% of staff furloughed; essential public health activities continue.

National Institutes of Health (NIH): 75% of staff furloughed; critical research and patient care continue.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA): Officers continue working without pay until funding is restored.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA): Air traffic controllers and other essential personnel maintain air travel safety.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI): Critical law enforcement, counterterrorism, and cybercrime operations continue.

U.S. Postal Service (USPS): Operations continue uninterrupted as an independent agency.

Important Note: Excepted/essential employees are required to work during the shutdown WITHOUT pay. Once funding is restored, they are guaranteed retroactive pay under the Government Employee Fair Treatment Act of 2019.

It had to be this wayWWG1WGA
