That convenience can create a single point of failure.

If your Google Account is compromised, suspended, or lost, you could have trouble accessing services that depend on it.

For important accounts:
● Use a unique password
● Enable 2FA or passkeys
● Set up recovery methods
● Keep backup admin access when available
● Review your Google Account’s connected apps
● Remove apps you no longer use or recognize
