You take Steps (her name) based upon where you find yourself, and right now, you Need Assistance, so reach out for that Help and use it to get Healthy, and that starts with your Food...Seventy Three is NOT OLD, unless you believe it is, we are meant to Live for many, many years, and potentially forever, IF we do the Work of Christ and Clean our Bodies and Minds...

So, for all of your Bodily limitations, aches and pains, you MUST radically change your Food, to that which is LIVING and Not Dead or Fake...no more Processed Foods, EVER, no more Meat, Dairy and Eggs, and especially No More Cheese...

It is time to get your Body Alkaline once more and that means Fresh Fruit, Freshly Squeezed Fruit Juices, Salads with Fruit, Seeds and Nuts as the Toppings, and Vinaigrette Dressings, as well as Hearty, Fresh Vegetables in Stir Frys and Soups...

Expanding my animal and music departments. I have learned as I have designed my project, about the inner connectedness of all the areas I am moved to explore and support. Music and the performing arts came to my project late in this process. I am musically illiterate and I was in the art department not the drama department. So watch this video and consider how musicians could be of service to our animals. If musicians are paid a hefty salary to do what they love I can imagine most to be willing to do a tour of duty to play for our various animals. I plan on a ton of animal support grants - we can just add a music component to the over all plan. What do you think of this idea and can you weave it into your plans? 😎🩷🐶
