Perception changes can be some of the most powerful implementations you consistently do. It’s said by many, and is ultimately the truth, that it’s not the situation itself that holds us back but rather how we perceive the situation.
We perceive via the information coming through our sense organs - sight, smell, sound, taste & touch. If you can control the information you can control the perception. This is ultimately what we’re witnessing from the psycho draconian’s running the world through mass media, music, movies and food.
Control your own perceptions and gain control over your reality.
Perception hack: one of the most profound mind hacks that shifted my reality from a victim to a strong rooted individual was changing the way i viewed what was happening around the world. I told myself that everything was happening FOR me. Instead of reducing myself i began to see the lessons in everything... and this build character and ultimately my spiritual armour.
I took years of repeating this idea to myself for it to fully persist where i’m at a state in which that is what i tell myself unconsciously now when faced with a challenging/daunting situation. The way i deal with these situations is much more profound and beneficial.

This goes into habit formations too, how to consistently build new neural circuits within the mind so whatever your subconscious actions are, are for the benefit of yourself and those around you. Powerful stuff.

BREAKING 🚨 TANZANIAN PRESIDENT MURDERED BY THE NWO!?
President John Magufuli of Tanzania went missing a few days ago and now the fake news main stream media is saying he died from covid-19. He was the only world leader who fully exposed the entire pandemic.
His security team advised him early last year to check the quality of the PCR tests. They sent in tests to a lab from a goat, a bird, a durian, and a papaya. The tests had real names and all came back positive. He then stopped all testing March 2019 and exposed this to the world in a speech. He then opened up Tanzania for travel without PCR tests or quarantine measures. He went against the vaccine agenda and didn't have plans on poisoning his citizens. He was also very against wearing masks and told people in Tanzania not to wear them.

Finally got round to watching this discussion quickly turn into a debate. Andrew Kauffman who i highly respect questions Dr Judy Mikovits scientific method & is then thrown off the panel. Doug sided with Judy... i knew from the Plandemic Documentary that there was something up with Judy, maybe it’s a status (ego) thing. Either way she has done tremendous work in the fight against vaccinations. Highly important video. Dr Kauffman has done a follow up video with Dr Cowan to clarify some points with clear evidence which i’ll send a link to now. Great research and again, Kauffman is right - we have NEVER isolated a virus properly following Kotch’s postulates and a legitimate scientific method & has even more reason to KNOW vaccines are a kill switch.
Most people don’t understand what a habit is, they know it’s some kind of subconscious activation but don’t quite know how it works. Let me break it down:
It’s a 3 part looping system in the brain. Each habit is supported by a “craving” or put simply, a desire. Let’s take for example the craving for sugar.
The three step subcortical looping system consists of a CUE (this is your trigger), ROUTINE (this is your physical, mental or emotional behaviour), and a REWARD (this is the feeling of your crave being satiated)
Craving sugar - *sees packet of sweets* (cue), *begins to eat sweets* (routine), *dopamine hits and temporary satisfaction (reward)
Key word being temporary, in the long run this leaves you more dissatisfied as you know it’s damaging your health.
So how do you changed your bad habits?
Simple, you cannot change the cue (instantly) and the reward usually stays the same... the only thing you can change is the ROUTINE. This requires you to be your own best experiment, try new things with a conscious effort, discipline and commitment.
That’s how you rewire your bad habits.
