When we repeatedly do something, an action, a thought, whatever the behavioural pattern, we begin to wire a new neural circuit within the brain, soon enough it becomes habit. It becomes so ingrained within our subconscious we begin activating that behavioural pattern as if it’s instinct.

Pay attention - are those neural circuits being formed destructive or prosperous? Are you even conscious of the behaviour you find yourself doing?

When you rise each day, what are the thoughts you tell yourself? Are they thoughts of courage, balance and positivity? Or do you rise each day talking yourself down? Demotivating yourself?

Part of working on your daily habits is to be conscious of the unconscious because that is where your answers lay. I’m currently working with many wonderful people and helping them gain some structure within their daily routines, laying the blueprint so they have the variables to work on themselves!
