After running multiple poles on Instagram, speaking directly to many lovely souls, and interacting with a lot of my audience on a daily basis, it has come to my attention that forming daily productive routines is a problem many face.
We are an accumulation of our routines, we either form degenerative ones that leaves us feeling fatigued, anxious, doubtful, unproductive and uninspired. Or like myself, form routines that ignite power, reverence, confidence and creativity throughout your day.
Over 7/8 years of my life, through countless mistakes, dedication and discipline, i was able to form daily routines that allowed me to reach my highest capacity each day. This has translated in much better health, wealth, relationships and much more.

8 years ago i formed multiple habits that kept me from reaching my true and full potential. Every time i knew it was time for me to sleep, i would unconsciously (acting through automation) pick up my laptop, get some snacks and watch Netflix until i slept. Little did i know about Keystone Habits and how to identify and change them. The habit kept me at such a lowered state of being.
Through dedicated research, learning about how the subconscious works, and having the discipline to introspectively work on myself, i was able change this habit. The effect it had on my life was profound - it changed everything! My creativity sky rocketed, i felt so much energy running through me, my sleep improved tremendously, and i started to see a positive shift in my health, wealth & relationships!
Sometimes changing ONE habit can unlock your suppressed potential. I want to share with you the methods of identifying Keystone habits, how to change them, how to work with your subconscious and how to create the perfect day-to-day routines for yourself!
