Just finished DAY 4 of the 7 DAY JUICE FAST! This is a clip of day 3 & 4! I’m feeling really good and have tons of energy and clarity. Have done so much work in the past 4 days it’s amazing. So i’ve been getting many questions about the juice fast i’m doing! It’s the 5th day already! The way i’m juicing is tailor made for myself, which is something i touch on in the ‘Body Detox’ guide. I’m aiming to lose a little weight so i’m not drinking as much - 4 x 16oz each day!
Again, this may be different for everyone! In a juice fast you will lose weight, but incorporate more leafy green juices if you’re already very thin. This way you can retain some weight. Juice fasts can be relatively expensive depending where you are, but it’s totally worth it. The best investment is in yourself! You don’t have to do a 60/90 day juice fast to cleanse!
In fact, it’s better to take it incrementally, small juice fasts, rebuild (open detox pathways), then detoxify again. This way you don’t put too much burden on your organs and glands.

Understanding Trauma is something i’m deeply connected to because of the traumatic experiences me and my family have been through.
