I use the term βveganβ in this post however, i never labelled myself a vegan. In any case, my slight orthorexic views caused some physical suffering - mainly brain fog.
In this post i explain the different ways in which i was able to restore my brain fog naturally. Simply by changing what i consume (mentally and physically) and moving the body.
My brain fog was intense. Sometimes i would zone out of conversations. I would forget what i was saying mid speaking. There was just a constant haziness in my mind. It was tough. Embarrassing even. When you canβt string a sentence together when you know exactly what to say.
It was something i needed to fix. I am certain the lack of high quality animal fats in my diet, no movement, and high screen time was what caused this.
I reversed it by:
- Letting go of my orthorexic views
- Introducing high quality animal fats into my diet (including tons of Ghee)
- Shilajit every morning
- Lifting weights (gym)
- Reducing my screen-time
- Giving myself space to rest and relax (do nothing)
I can honestly say that this all changed my life. My brain has much more clarity. I feel sharp. My words roll off my tongue with ease now. I retain information better than before (still not amazing, but better for sure).
When you box yourself into doctrines and ideologies, you run the risk of not listening to vital warning signs. This is exactly what i did.

Please note that this is my own experience. Some of you might say that i was not βveganβ properly or that i should have detoxed harder. These were some things i questioned myself too. However, i was amazed at how quick the recovery was. Iβm still not 100%. But iβm far better than before and it was all due to listening to what my body truly wants and needs.
Diets are not supposed to be stressful.

When you realise most people are unconsciously fearing an invisible boogeyman (germs) and thus are in a unconscious loop of isolating themselves from the natural world. Everything in the natural world has purpose and function, going down the most minute levels too, thus nothing is inherently βevilβ. Rather, itβs a natural bio/psychic phenomena with purpose. As bacteria break down/decay waste matter, one could perceive this as evil. In the natural world, the bacteria is performing itβs natural role to help recycle energy. Germ theory is the quiet weapon for a silent war. It makes you fear your own biology. There is liberation through understanding - many who have learnt the truth about terrain will know this.
