Query 1:- I have already filled Exam form in May 2020, do i need to fill exam form again. What about fees already paid by me

Ans:- Yes, you have to fill complete exam form again. Fees paid by you earlier will b adjusted in the last step. Net amt payable by you will be zero

Query 2:- If i had already filled exam form in May 20, do i have to get declaration certificate attested again or can i use the same declaration form that i uploaded in May 20

Ans.:- No, you should download the fresh declaration form.for Nov 20 and get that attested. Dont try ti upload the same.declaration, it might get rejected.Why take any chance

Query 3:- Is it necessary to get declararion form attested. What if i am not able to find anyone to attest my form

Ans. Yes getting exam form attested is mandatory. You can get the form.attested from any of the following
1) Any CA (whether he is in practice or job doesnt matter)
2) Gazetted officer
3) Principal of any college or.school

Query 4:- Is it necessary that the same person should have attested declaration form and also the hard copy of pdf doc (in case same is to b physicall sent)

Ans:- No, it can be different. Icai doesnt have any such condition that same person attests both docs

Query 5:- Is it compulsary to submit exam form physically with ICAI or online submission is sufficient

Ans:- If in the dowoaded pdf that u get at end, your picture and sign both are being displayed, you dont have to make physical submission. If both are missing or either of them missing, then you have to paste picture, sign the document, get it attested and physically submit. Please refer to the video where i showed example how 2 types of form would look like

Query 6:- What is the address where we need to.send the document. Can we send through courier or speed post is.mandatory

Ans. The address where you need to send is given in the picture below. Icai specifies that send the document through speed post or registered post and not courier. My personal experience is that even if you send through courier, it would be ok

Query 7:- Can we physically submit the attestee document by hand (instead of speed post)

Ans. Yes you can submit by hand but only at the centres specified by icai. Give the list of centres in pdf below

Query 8:- In case i send the attesyed document by post, how do i het confirmation that it has reachd icai. Will ICAI send me some email confirmation

Ans:- No email confirmation will.b sent by ICAI. When you send your document by speed post or courier, you will get a tracking ID. Based on delivery report of speed post or courier, you can be satisfied that document has reached icai

Query 9:- What is the last date of filling form and physical copy reaching icai (in case such physical submission is required)

Query 10:- When and how will we get our admit card / Roll number

Ans. :- ICAI doesnt send roll number physical copies to your house. It will b hosted on same exam website somewhere in the month of October (arnd 2 weeks before exams). You have to download admit card from website

Query 11:- What do i do if my payment fails during the process of filling exam form

Ans:- ICAI has explained this in quite elaborate manner in doc below

Query 12:- What to do if i made mistake in filling the form

Ans. :- Correction window to correct the form will open on 7th September 2020

Query 13:- I am still provisionally registered. Can i submit exam form

Ans. I havnt tried doing it, but i feel it might not b possible. Anyways my suggestion is to.first upload internet marksheet attested by principal or CA on ssp portal and when ur registration becomes final, then go.for filling exam form

Query 14:- How do i know that my provisional registration has become.final. Will ICAI send some mail or confirmation

Ans;:- ICAI wl not send any mail. To check, go to SSP portal and see whether N or Y is written against Provisional registration. If N is written and confirmation date is written, then your registration is final.now

Question 15:- In my SSP portal, against Provisional registration N is written but when i try to download my 12th marksheet, it is not getting downloaded. Does that mean my registration is still provisional

Ans:- Thats an error with ssp.portal. Eveey student is facing that. Dont worry your registration is final

Many Students are saying that although Provisional Registration shows N in SSP portal but when they try to download 12th marksheet, they get an error message that marksheet not uploaded

Dont worry thats an issue with icai website. If you have N against Provisional registration and course confirmation date, your registration is final
