Protests for ICAI checking reforms:-
Faculties of AVJ would be joining the protest today @ ITO. We believe that ICAI should come out with a clarification as to what problem they have in ensuring rechecking of exam sheets of students who are aggrieved. Students deserve better transparency and redressal

There is already huge crowd that ITO. I would suggest that students who are appearing in Nov 2019 exams should concentrate on their exams only. Lots of students and faculties already there for your cause. You will get the update by evening, kindly focus on studies

Dear students, It was indeed very disappointing that still extreme cases of negligence are emerging from the paper checking process of ICAI.

But just I will like to tell you one thing.


Mehnat Karo etni tum ki tumhe yeh 5 to 10 marks me discrepancy se farak na pare.

Mehnat Karo etni tum ki kismat ki wafa karne ko bewas ho jaye.

Your teachers will do our work and fight against the system .

You students work on the things which you can do the best and please dont let these things demotivate you. Rather be motivated and fight to secure 10 Mark's above the passing Mark's in every subject .

Believe me your determined, dedication and passion will change your luck and these things wont effect you.

On Day 3 of the protest, many personalities from political world as well as other fields expressed their solidarity with ICAI students and faculties. We all, thank them whole heartedly for tweeting their support. It was a wise action on the part of all faculties leading the protest not to allow any specific political party on the site of protest as it could have affected the main cause behind the protest.
While this issue is being covered by major media channels now, top leadership in ICAI still doesnt show any sign of flexibility in their talks with the protesting faculties. The protest shall continue and it is so motivating to see support pouring in from all sections...!!

At the same time, it's my request to students of Nov 2019 not to lose the focus. Ultimately, we need to keep putting in the best of our efforts so that koi checker hamara kuch na bigaad sake. All the best, Keep working

After Day 4 of Protest, there is finally some good news. ICAI has formulated a high powered committee in consultation with MCA that consists of very eminent members (PC Jain sir, Girish Ahuja sir, Amarjeet Chopra sir and Ved Jain sir). All these personalities are highly respected people and some of them have orally given an indication that their report would be in favour of giving re-checking rights.
Thats a great news for every single CA student and faculty who were participating in this protest through different means. It has been assured that Students of Nov 2019 will get the re-checking right by the time their results are out. Congrats to all students and faculties for the unity that we all displayed in last 1 week. It feels like a CA Family now...!!!

Now, I believe its time for all of us to get back to studies and prove that all this episode has motivated us and filled us with more energy rathar than distracting us.
