Let me clarify that ICAI has not yet officially notified new syllabus but clarity is yet to come in next few days

Official announcement of ICAI with regard to non-applicability of New course in Nov 23 exams

Pls note that ICAI has not yet commented about CA Foundation Dec 23 exams...So it is very much possible that they may implement New course for foundation from this year itself (It would make sense since those new course Foundation students would ultimately go to New course Inter in 2024)
