For students who only have symptoms or those who had opted out just because their exams didnt go well...They are not required to submit anything...They can be assured that their Opt out will.not b cancelled by ICAI merely because they did not submit the report
This announcement is not applicable for Foundation Students currently since they havnt give any exam yet...but You only need to know this so that if after 2 or 3 exams, you decide to opt out, then submission of report is only an advisory from ICAI ...not mandatory for all students
