Found this weirdly fun(ctional) website called whitescreen.online which fills your entire screen with a color of your choice. I don't see a use case for this, except for maybe a black screen to preserve battery without putting your pc on sleep.
The fun part, though, comes with the videos. You can choose anything from fake update screens customized for each OS to throwback screen savers like the bumping DVD logo and the multi-colored no signal screens. You can also set your own quotes lol
