We need immediate action to protect our artists from the harassment they are facing on Plus Chat. This situation is unacceptable, and it’s critical that Mnet+ implements the following changes:

1. Ban malicious words and phrases: Implement a filter that automatically blocks harmful language and hate speech from being posted in the chat. No exceptions.

2. Immediate restriction for reported accounts: Accounts with multiple reports must be IMMEDIATELY restricted from posting any further comments. These accounts should also be IP banned to prevent them from creating new accounts to continue their harassment.

3. Permanent bans for repeat offenders: Accounts that repeatedly send malicious comments should be permanently banned from the platform. Zero tolerance for this behavior.

4. Cooldown period between comments: Introduce a cooldown period between comments to reduce spam and prevent users from flooding the chat with negativity.

5. AI moderation tools: Integrate advanced AI moderation tools to detect and remove harmful content in real-time, ensuring no abusive messages get through»
