To clean the copper, i have mixed vinegar with tomato juice, added salt and flour (to make it less liquid and more pasty) applied, let on 5-10 minutes, scrubbed and rinsed.
Repeated for a second time, for the result you see here.
Next time i'm at the farm, i will do it for a third time (to get rid of those small persistent black stains) and maybe even polish it afterwards, if I have enough time.
