The main task of the ZigZag indicator is to reveal the trend areas on the price chart and to estimate the probability of a turn (or trend continuation).

ZigZag has a wide range of applications, even though it doesn’t provide traditional, explicit entry points. Using this indicator, you can:
• Determine the direction of the trend and build a trend line − through the extreme points.
• See support/resistance levels.
• Estimate the depth of the possible correction and the Stop Loss levels (e.g., using Fibonacci levels).
• Perform wave analysis.
• Identify classical patterns on the price chart.

In the trend strategies, ZigZag is always used as a trend definition tool, so it works fine with the price channel indicators such as Bollinger Bands. Another reliable set is ZigZag+Kumo+Fibo.

More details about ZigZag can be found on our blog: https://bit.ly/3ckt4eY

The Heikin Ashi indicator is used for visual estimation of trend parameters (availability, direction, and strength). It creates «synthetic» candles, owing to which the chart turns out more smoothed.

This indicator warns against premature «false» entries and «false» breakdown levels, which is important when working with volatile assets (e.g., EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY).

Heikin Ashi is recommended for assets with stable volatility and trading periods of at least M30.

The indicator should be used only as a part of a complex trading strategy. Stable strategies are obtained with Stochastic Oscillator, MACD, and Parabolic SAR.

According to analysts, about 670 million people in 45 countries use EUR as a monetary asset. Let’s look at the most popular pairs containing the euro:

🔹EUR/USD is the most liquid Forex asset. Any broker will provide you with low spreads and excellent «density» of quotes for euro assets at almost any time.

🔹EUR/GBP is the most liquid cross pair, especially during the European session. It attracts traders with its stable and predictable volatility and a convenient spread. Even reasonable intraday scalping is possible.

🔹EUR/JPY is very politicized and depends on many fundamental factors. High volatility is provided mainly by the Japanese currency. The spread is high. EUR/JPY is steadily traded on medium-term strategies.

🔹EUR/AUD is preferred by scalpers (M15-H4), although the technical analysis of this pair is poor. During the day, it responds to the euro fundamentals, and at night, to the news on the Australian dollar. The spread is moderate.

Yen trading assets are suitable for both trend and intraday trading but only with a qualitative fundamental analysis.

For those who use fundamentals, we recommend choosing EUR/JPY or CAD/JPY.

All assets with JPY are recommended to trade on medium-term methods. Candle patterns on timeframes below D1 work poorly.

The Yen is always prone to panic. If the market as a whole falls − sell Yen first.

More tips on trading JPY: https://bit.ly/31MLOBQ
⚠️ Fear of large losses
Control money management. Enter the market if the probability of a profit is at least 2-3 times greater than the probability of a loss.
⚠️ Fear of a small deposit
Trade with no more than 2 assets, only after a thorough analysis. Don’t increase the deposit load even after making a profit.
⚠️Fear of an open transaction
Open deals according to the strategy rules. Remember that TakeProfit and StopLoss are mandatory.
⚠️ Fear of losing profits
Don’t raise the trading lot to increase the final result. For each trade, there must be a mandatory minimum profit, which you will gradually increase.
⚠️ Fear of market ignorance
Study the market (technique, fundamentals, technology), as well as the assets you trade. Constant work on mistakes is obligatory.
⚠️ Fear of technical problems
You need a reliable broker, powerful equipment, and a backup plan for access to the trading terminal (VPS and VPN services).
⚠️ Fear of a bad reputation
Avoid constant communication with people who don't believe in your success.
