India is launching its own Great Green Wall from Porbandar to Rajghat to restore the Aravalli ecosystem, curb desertification, and combat climate change.
Key Benefits:

โ Prevents Thar Desert expansion

โ Restores degraded land
Project Scale: Covers: 27 districts
(3 states + Delhi) Cost: โน7,500 crore
Target: Completion by 2027
