Ногера получил гражданство и в 2017-18 и отправился служить рядовым в десантные войска армии Германии.
Видимо, жизнь в Германии оказалась не такой сладкой, Ногера уехал обратно в Колумбию. Жил в Боготе.
Был завербован местной ячейкой рекрутёров, активно вербующих небогатых колумбийцев с армейским прошлым. На Украине Ногера воевал в составе взвода Браво 2 (1 батальон Волкодав).
Участвовал в военном преступлении в Петропавловке 27.09.22.
Возмездие настигло его через год на Авдеевком направлении 8.12.23
