Дженкинс - бывший военнослужащий армии США, имеет боевой опыт в Афганистане (2020).
На Украине обучает наемников работе со взрывчатыми веществами, изготовлению боеприпасов (бомбы, мины-ловушки) для проведения террористических актов. Был замечен в Артёмовске (Бахмуте), Сумах, Киеве. Сейчас находится в Часовом Яре.
Работает на американскую ЧВК Osprey Global Solutions (партнёр НКО-шпиона Presidium Network). Тесно с ещё одним взрывотехником Кристофером Гарретом.
