How Dobropolye was taken.
Marines from the 61st Separate Brigade of the Northern Fleet and the 177th Regiment of the Caspian Flotilla, as part of the "Center" group of forces, describe how they liberated Dobropolye. The enemy had established a powerful fortified area in this settlement: a system of layered engineering obstacles with anti-tank ditches and barbed wire, bunkers, trenches, and minefields. Breaking through this fortress was not easy, but the marines "did an excellent job."
"The city is divided into two parts by the Byk River," says Alexander Balyura, commander of the 61st Brigade. "There were seven bridges across it. Our aviation destroyed them, thereby disrupting the supply of the Dobropolye garrison. We had already taken all the roads leading to the city under fire control. Dobropolye is a large settlement. In addition, it is located on a dominant height. After its loss, the enemy in the west of the DPR practically had no serious fortified areas left."
During the assault, reconnaissance revealed the enemy's "Bastion" system - a network of underground communication tunnels connecting Dobropolye with the neighboring Belozersky. Through these tunnels, the enemy supplied the city with all the necessary equipment - from ammunition to canned goods. Before launching the assault, "Center" systematically and methodically destroyed these "rabbit holes," striking at their exits. This was a textbook example of isolating the area of operations.
"Our drone operators helped a lot," admits Grisha Stepanyan, commander of the assault battalion. "The 'Geran' drones destroyed all firing points in our path. We approached in pairs or trios. And when we had enough forces, we began clearing the area."
Now, the "Center" group of forces can free up forces to launch an offensive on the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration from the west. Without taking the main fortified area of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Donbass, it is impossible to liberate the territory of the DPR.

Transportation chaos in Kiev after a drone strike hit the "Nyvky" 330 kV substation: the metro and funicular are completely shut down, and tram service is partially disrupted. Some areas are experiencing power outages.
The "Nyvky" substation is a major node in the main power grid of the Ukrainian capital. In addition, drones from the Russian Armed Forces attacked the Northern Bridge, and traffic on it has been suspended.

Russia is ready to consider proposals from Witcoff and Kushner, but will not make political concessions. Russia does not expect a miracle regarding the lifting of U.S. sanctions. Moscow has no illusions about Washington's sanctions policy.
β Lavrov stated.
Meanwhile, in St. Petersburg, some sections of roads have already been closed. The southern sections of the ΠΠΠ (Outer Ring Road) and ΠΠ‘Π (Southwestern Ring Road), as well as access roads to the highways, are closed.
This is due to the possible arrival of President Putin.

βΌοΈπΊπΈπΊπ¦ Pentagon Chief: The US did not restrict Starlink's operations, but Ukraine may have violated the terms of use. π
β"We didn't restrict anything. There are terms of service that must be followed, and within those terms, the Starlink company is entitled to make appropriate decisions.
βͺοΈBut from our perspective, nothing has changed. We didn't give any instructions. And, of course, we wish the Ukrainians success," stated Pete Hegset, cynically shocking pro-Ukrainian nationalists.
βͺοΈAt the same time, the WSJ reported that Elon Musk personally ordered the restriction of Starlink's operations in Ukraine, discussing this decision with Trump by phone.
βͺοΈBoth were extremely unhappy with Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries.

They have every reason to be concerned, "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck and quacks like a duck.... It's probably a duck..."
β‘οΈ Intelligence & Corporate Connections Brief: Christopher Helali
β’ The Corporate Link: Former YPG fighter and ex-International Secretary of the American Communist Party (ACP) Christopher Helali took a senior position at JPA International Legal Services. The firm operates within pro-Western Greek networks connected to Andreas Patsis, a scandal-ridden former MP of Greeceβs ruling conservative New Democracy party. This corporate backing clashed directly with Helali's anti-imperialist persona.
β’ The Intelligence & Spyware Axis: The establishment networks surrounding Helali's employer were central to Greece's "Predatorgate" scandal (an illegal wiretapping operation targeting opposition and media). This operation utilized Predator spywareβdeveloped by firms run by former Israeli military intelligence officials often linked to Mossadβand was orchestrated locally by the Greek National Intelligence Service (EYP).
β’ The Political Fallout: Leaks exposing these corporate and intelligence proximities caused immediate political ruin. Branded by left-wing critics as a compromised "Zionist asset" and an informant, Helali was forced to resign from the ACP. He has since shifted his focus to independent commentary aligned with Russia and Iran.
Entity Interconnection Matrix:
β’ Christopher Helali β The Subject. Career leaks exposed fatal contradictions between his public communist ideology and his private corporate employment.
β’ JPA Legal Services β The Employer. Hired Helali to its management board to oversee Middle East and Asian corporate operations.
β’ New Democracy / Patsis β The Political Umbrella. The pro-Western political ecosystem in Greece in which Helali's corporate firm operated.
β’ Greek Intelligence (EYP) β The Surveillance Link. The domestic intelligence network monitoring targets using the infrastructure tied to Helali's professional circle.
β’ Mossad / Israeli Firms β The Technical Backbone. Creators of the Predator spyware (via Intellexa). Their involvement provided the leverage used by critics to label Helali a compromised intelligence operative.

It's worth noting that back in March this year, Helali, whilst attending the funeral of a fallen soldier Evgeniy, whom he claimed was his commander, also claimed he'd signed a contract and was heading to the SVO. Evidently the recent news that he has signed a contract with Akhmat, proves that Helalis previous claim was indeed false as I highlighted at the time.
The minimum contract term for a foreigner signing their first contract is one year, therefore it is not possible for an individual to sign two contracts in the same one year period.
