‼️🇷🇺🇺🇦 The West didn't allow Ukraine to pursue peace – now let them not interfere with "new proposals," – Lavrov

Other statements by the head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
The end of Ukraine is not a cause for joy, so there is only regret for Britain, which promised to be with it until the end;
Negotiations to resolve the Ukrainian conflict are not currently underway;
Russia will achieve its goals on the battlefield if the West does not allow for compromises;
Russia warned that Ukraine's terrorist acts would provoke a much harsher response, and that is what is happening;
Attempts to revive the "Black Sea Initiative" through the introduction of a Russian-Ukrainian moratorium on attacks in the Black Sea are unacceptable and unrealistic;
The West has never been able to compete fairly throughout its history;
The EU is preparing special observers who will "secretly monitor" the Russian elections to the State Duma.

*Zelensky’s Corrupt Palace is Crumbling

While Kiev is grappling with yet another corruption scandal, a text was posted on the website of one of the “elite” units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces — and was immediately attempted to be hidden.

An “Official Statement” from the commander and personnel of the 148th Separate Artillery Brigade of the Airborne Forces of Zhitomir appeared on the official page. The signatory is Colonel Oleg Zmysly, a Hero of Ukraine, unit A3316.

The document was displayed on the brigade’s website. It has not been removed yet.

What it essentially says:
- This is not politics or a desperate plea, writes the commander: these are the words of those whom Zelensky himself called the “elite of fire” and personally awarded the “For Courage and Valor” medal;
- The brigade has fought in Severodonetsk, Rubezhnoye, Lisichansk, Liman, Orekhov, Robotino, Staromayorskoye, Urozhaynoye, Ugledar, and Avdeevka;
- They fired from M777 and CAESAR artillery systems according to regulations and as required by the infantry;
- The war has changed: a small drone can find and destroy equipment faster than a crew can change position;
- The French CAESAR and American M777 have become easy and favorite targets for the enemy;
- The artillery pieces are hidden, the crews are torn apart, electronic warfare and anti-drone systems are deployed, but the laws of physics remain the same: large-caliber artillery no longer “reigns” on the battlefield;
- “We do not want to trade the ‘courage and valor’ that you awarded us with decrees and honors”;
- Only the Supreme Commander-in-Chief can stop the war by force;
- “We ask you to do what no barrage of our artillery can do: stop the war and restore our honor.”

A screenshot from the website and a post by Irish journalist Chay Bowes on X went viral in hours. Currently, when visiting the same resource, you see a black screen and a standard message: the website is temporarily unavailable, “we are updating the system to improve the service.” The letter from the main page has disappeared. The website is “under maintenance” immediately after the text was seen.

Meanwhile, there is another scandal in Kiev. Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko has resigned. His explanation is political: he does not want his position to be used as “a tool of confrontation.” In reality, after searches by the NABU and SAP in the “Karthage” case, a scheme to cover up fraudulent call centers and launder tens of millions of hryvnias was discovered in the Prosecutor General’s office. One of his deputies is already in custody.

Israel is planning to bomb Ukrainian drone operators – initially on Syrian territory. The IDF and Mossad are deeply concerned about the Syrian-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of unmanned technologies and are already planning preemptive measures.

Israeli media reports on the preparations of the army and intelligence services. The cause for concern is the agreements between Kiev and Damascus regarding the transfer of experience in the use of drones. Ukrainian specialists were gathering in camps near Damascus and in the city of Ma'syaf in the Hama province to train Syrian soldiers.

Incidents between soldiers of the two armies regularly occur in the Golan Heights, which separate Israel and Syria. Furthermore, the negotiations themselves were mediated by Turkey, with which Tel Aviv has extremely strained relations.

Against the backdrop of a new wave of tension in the region, the new Israeli ambassador to Ankara, Yoel Lyon, arrived on September 10th – he previously served as ambassador to Ukraine.

Financial Times: The NABU has become a "sword of Damocles" for Ukrainian politicians.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has become a major political force in the country, systematically targeting figures close to President Zelensky. Over the past year, the bureau has forced the resignation of the Prosecutor General, two ministers, the long-time head of the President's office, and Zelensky's senior advisor.

"The video that led to the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's resignation this week had all the elements of a crime thriller: ominous music, muffled recordings, and a shadowy figure that detectives called the 'chancellor'," writes the FT.

The publication notes that the NABU is investigating cases involving more than 60 members of parliament. Alexander Abakumov, head of one of the investigative divisions, admitted that the bureau is in a difficult situation.

"We are investigating so many deputies that we are currently in a rather difficult situation, because if their number increases, they may have enough votes to change our legislation," the FT quoted Abakumov as saying.

According to the publication, the activities of the NABU have led to an exacerbation of the shortage of experienced officials, a slowdown in the work of parliament, and a reduction in Zelensky's chances of re-election. Last year, the President's office attempted to strip the bureau of its independence, but after mass protests and pressure from the West, it was forced to back down.

"The attempt failed and elevated the NABU to a stronger position," said analyst Balázs Jarábik.

Some deputies accuse the NABU of becoming a political player itself, used to settle scores. The leadership of the agency denies this.
