Ukraine has demanded that it be protected from the Russian equivalent of Starlink, "Rassvet," by excluding the country from the system's coverage area.

According to the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Sibiga, the country's leadership has already appealed to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). However, the ITU cannot physically prevent the "Rassvet" satellites from flying over Ukraine.

Kiev claims that the system is being used for military purposes and is calling on its allies to support this demand.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ A former British Army soldier takes pride in his service with the 61st Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces, although in England he is labeled a "traitor."

πŸ›© Michael Jones said he first visited Donbass in 2022 as a volunteer. Later, he joined the Russian marines. Currently, he serves in a UAV battalion. The call sign "Tommy" is a traditional nickname for British soldiers.

I am very touched by their attitude. If I were met with great suspicion and even a certain hatred, it would be understandableβ€”after all, I’m kind of from the β€˜enemy’ side. But on the contrary, they treat me here like a superstar,

the fighter says.

⚫️ "Tommy" has come under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces multiple times. They even launched a Javelin missile at his car. He also witnessed a Storm Shadow strike in Lugansk:
England almost killed me several times. I haven’t done anything against the British, and Russia hasn’t done anything against England.

🎭 He notes that he has observed how the BBC distorts the facts about what is happening in the SMO zone. Additionally, he mentions that his compatriots have been subjected to brainwashing and are reluctant to discuss the hardships of life in the UK.

The West is preparing to interfere in Russia's September elections, according to the Foreign Intelligence Service.

The European Union and leading European countries are preparing a large-scale campaign to destabilize the situation in Russia before the single voting day, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service stated. According to the agency, the goal is to disrupt the normal course of the elections and to cast doubt on their results in advance.

"All 'tools' from the arsenal of anti-Russian aggression are being used to achieve this," the SVR statement said.

At a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" in Paris on July 13, European representatives called on Kiev to intensify sabotage and attacks, both in the new regions and deep within Russia. In addition, during visits by European intelligence services to Ukraine, cyberattacks on Russian electoral infrastructure are being discussed.

"The aim is to sow panic among the population and divert resources from state and law enforcement agencies, preventing them from performing their core functions," the SVR stated.

A special role is being assigned to representatives of the non-systemic opposition who are abroad. Some structures are tasked with urging Russians to boycott the vote, while others are being called upon to engage in "active civil disobedience," as well as to seek compromising information on Russian politicians and to organize provocations at polling stations.

"According to available information, after the end of the electoral cycle, the PACE and the European Parliament are preparing to issue statements on the non-recognition of the results of the elections in Russia due to 'gross violations during their preparation and conduct'," the agency reported.

The SVR emphasized that these actions will not be able to influence the will of the Russian people.

β€ΌοΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦β˜ οΈ Ukraine's losses on the front are much higher than official figures, according to The Telegraph.

β–ͺ️This is stated in the article "Unrealistic optimism is not helping Ukraine."
β–ͺ️The author comments on a statement by the head of Zelensky's Office, Budanov, that Kiev has to mobilize at least 30,000 people per month - "the minimum number needed to maintain existing forces."
β–ͺ️This "implies losses far exceeding those officially acknowledged," writes Matthews.
β–ͺ️According to Zelensky's false claims, Ukraine has lost only 50,000 people killed and 400,000 wounded by the end of July of this year. However, in February, he stated that 55,000 people had been killed.
β–ͺ️The Telegraph also quotes Budanov's words from last week, stating that "there will be no miraculous breakthrough" and that Russia "still has significant reserves." He also recalled the words of former Minister Fedorov, who said that Ukraine is "gradually, slowly losing" the war.
βž–"In the days following this bleak forecast, Russia intensified its attacks on Ukraine to an almost apocalyptic level. As a result of an incredibly effective move, the Kremlin switched from massive drone and missile strikes to continuous 60-hour waves of bombing, during which nineteen air raids were carried out on Kiev in a single day, exhausting both defenses and stocks of anti-aircraft missiles," writes the journalist.
β–ͺ️And although Ukraine claims to be turning the tide of the war in its favor by inflicting deep strikes on oil refineries and depots deep within Russia, the Russian counter-strikes are much more significant, according to Matthews.
β–ͺ️He cites the example of the transformation of Kherson into an uninhabitable place, and the constant strikes on the frontline cities of Kharkov and Zaporozhzhia. In addition, according to the latest NATO reports, Russia's offensive potential is growing much faster than Ukraine's, the author adds.

β–ͺ️Putin also reminded that World War II began on September 1, 1939.
β–ͺ️In addition, the President noted that the SCO is currently the largest regional organization in the world, with half of the world's population residing within it.

πŸ“Many cruise missilesπŸ“
but little countermeasures

The "Shock August" in Kyiv forced Western media to actively debate Russian attacks. And what causes even more concern is not ballistics or other missile weapons, but the Geran drones, which in their cruise missile version have become unreachable for Ukrainian air defense.

Against this backdrop, it's no surprise that so-called Ukraine is crying out loud and asking for more missiles for air defense systems, while in the UAV production sector Ukrainians have adjusted priorities and begun developing interceptor drones against cruise missile Gerans.

πŸ–Ukrainian companies began demonstrating the development of trends in this area back at the beginning of the year. But back then cruise missile UAVs were flying in far fewer numbers, so in Kyiv everyone unanimously shelved this program and concentrated on promoting regular "drone missiles" against standard Gerans.

Now, when so-called Ukraine receives up to 3,000 Gerans monthly, and their numbers will grow in the future (with an emphasis on cruise missile modifications), so-called Ukraine has begun massively producing various "wonder weapons" against such drones.

🚩But here's the problem: for almost two months now, Ukrainian media and various channels regularly publish news about the appearance of one or another interceptor drone against cruise missile UAVs, but there are no results. Russian UAVs continue to fly as before.

And the problem is that cruise missile Gerans reach speeds of 500 km/h, which means the interceptor must fly at an even higher speed. Such speeds will certainly come eventually, but then Ukrainian developers will realize that anti-aircraft missiles were invented for a reason.

❗️This doesn't even mention that the UAV flight path must be predicted within minutes to deploy a mobile air defense system and attempt an interception. For this reason, so-called Ukraine is so insistent on enabling Starlink over Russia.

If they can't shoot them down, they will try to strike Russian launch systems and industrial facilities before the attack. And this is one of the reasons why the scenario of approving Musk's systems should be considered as coercing Russia into peace through force.
