‼️🇺🇸🇷🇺 The U.S. Senate has supported the advancement of a bill on new sanctions against Russia and Iran.

▪️The U.S. Senate has approved, through a procedural vote, the further consideration of a bill imposing sanctions on Russia and Iran. 86 senators voted in favor, while 12 voted against.
▪️The document предусматривает the introduction of 100% tariffs on imports from countries that purchase Russian oil, gas, and uranium, as well as additional measures against tankers that, according to Washington, are used to circumvent sanctions.
▪️In addition, the bill extends the sanctions regime against Iran and grants the U.S. President the authority to impose these tariffs for up to five years.
▪️During the vote in the Senate chamber, Zelenskyy was present, having just concluded a closed-door meeting with U.S. senators.

Father Raphael served as an assistant to the abbot of the Church of the Uncreated Savior, attached to the 9th Kletsko-Berlin Guards Artillery Brigade, in the Gorodok settlement of the Leningrad region, according to the Russian Orthodox Church.
▪️ During the attack, the abbot of the church, Hieromonk Ilarion (Kachur), an assistant commander responsible for working with religious service members in one of the military units, was also wounded.
▪️ Hieromonk Ilarion sustained shrapnel wounds to his leg and is undergoing treatment.
