I almost lost everything this year.
Not βstressed about deadlinesβ losing everything.
My dad. My family. Everything Iβve been building.
There were nights I genuinely didnβt know if RAVN would survive the month.
But my cofounder and I kept building anyway. Through the doubt, uncertainty, and nights when nothing seemed to work.
Today, Iβm incredibly grateful to share that RAVN has been accepted into Antler.
$400K in funding, backed by one of the worldβs leading venture builders, alongside companies like Lovable, Airalo, Reebelo, and Tactiq.
To everyone who watched us build this from the beginning, thank you. This wasnβt luck or a guarantee. We kept building long before there was anything to celebrate.
Most importantly, Iβm grateful to God. He never left us.
Weβve come a long way.
Weβre just getting started.

β οΈ My Experience Integrating Verify.et
Iβve been working on a project that requires payment verification immediately after a user completes a payment.
Initially, I planned to use Chapa, but because of the current government regulations and some uncertainties around the payment ecosystem, I didnβt want to take unnecessary risks. While looking for alternatives, I came across Verify.et by Suba Software Solution.
Suba Software Solution
I was already halfway through the integration and had almost completed the entire setup. However, recently I started noticing some issues with the Verify.et platform that could become inefficient for the system Iβm building.
Because of that, for now Iβm forced to build my own verification system. It will be somewhat manual, at least until I find a more reliable solution.
That said, I honestly donβt blame Suba Software Solution entirely for these issues. From what Iβve observed, part of the problem seems to come from the payment service providers themselvesβtheir servers sometimes don't respond as expected, which makes it difficult for a verification service sitting on top of them to guarantee a reliable response every time.
π‘ My suggestions
For Suba Software Solution, I think making the verification service free, or at least lowering the barrier to adoption, could help bring in more developers and businesses. The more people use the service, the more noticeable these payment-provider issues become, which could eventually put pressure on the providers to improve their systems.
For developers using payment verification services, Iβd also recommend having a semi-manual verification fallback.
By semi-manual, I mean having an observer/mediator who can review a transaction when the automated verification process fails or returns an uncertain status, rather than relying entirely on an automated response.
In payment systems, having a fallback is much better than assuming the automated verification will always work.
This is just my experience from integrating the service into a real project. Hopefully, Verify.et and the payment providers continue improving their systems. πͺπΉπ»

π³ Docker Cheat Sheet
Itβs been a long time since I last used Docker. Yesterday, while working on something, I had to get back into itβand I realized I had completely forgotten most of the commands for setting things up and running containers.
So, I started putting together a small cheat sheet with the main Docker commands I needed, mainly so I could quickly remember them next time.
Incase y'all need it save it...π©

π Weβre back!
Itβs been a while since I posted here because my old PC couldnβt keep up with the projects I was working on.
But I finally got a new setup π»π₯
So weβre continuing exactly where we left off:
π Building a Telegram Bot with Python β from scratch
So far, weβve:
β Set up Python + VS Code
β Created our Telegram bot
β Connected it to Python
β Added commands like
And now weβre going deeper.
π― The goal: build a Telegram bot that actually teaches Python basics β while learning Python by building it.
Next up: Variables β Conditions β Loops β Functions β OOP β Quizzes β User progress
Back to coding. ππ»
