The Old English hægtesse meant witch or hag - the crone, whose negative image comes from a christian time and made worse by the Puritans who killed thousands of 'witches', nearly all of them women and young girls. Though the hag may have lived on the 'outside' of society, their knowledge of plants and herbs, of healing and cures kept them in touch with the rural settings they lived in. Plant names passed on from generation to the next kept their common - hence pagan - names. The Old Ways still linger in the walds and wild places of green England and the christians fear this! Yet these women would have been to whom the common folk would have turned to in times of need - the lay mans healer and the village midwife - this would have been the role of the hægtesse. And as such the church would never rid us of our witches, no matter how hard they tried. So the name still lives on in many English place-names like Hescombe in Somerset and Hascombe in Surrey, both mean Valley of the Witch.

Will there be an England?

Will there be an England?
If our people are the last.
Will you remember children’s laughter?
Should England come to pass.
Where will you call your homeland?
If you surrender what is yours.
Would you find new land to lay your roots?
Should England be no more?
What of our Nation’s story?
If our people reach that day.
That we forget our English history,
Should England fade away.
So wake up Sons of Hengest!
And raise your swords with me.
Embrace the Will of Woden.
And England will be free.

Prehistoric Owl depicted in the Chauvet Cave in France. It was discovered in 1994, and hosts the oldest figurative art in human history. The paintings are said to be over 36,000 years old and the painters were the Aurignacians, the first anatomically modern humans in Europe who lived during the Upper Paleolithic Age.

The cave was formed by an underground river, and fourteen animal species are depicted in the paintings, along with other themes. Click here to learn more!

Dutch farmer explaining how native farmland created and granted to them by God for food, family and country, is being stolen to be divided up and turned into cheap housing for foreign aliens.

Abject evil. The farmers cannot give one inch to these monsters.

"Who exactly do you want to be? What kind of person do you want to be? What are your personal ideals? Whom do you admire? What are their special traits that you would make your own?
It's time to stop being vague. If you wish to be an extraordinary person, if you wish to be wise, then you should explicitly identify the kind of person you aspire to become. If you have a daybook, write down who you're trying to be, so that you can refer to this self-definition. Precisely describe the demeanor you want to adopt so that you may preserve it when you are by yourself or with other people." — Epictetus

“„Pagan renaissance is overdue.
It is necessary for Europe to heal its psyche. Under Christianity, Europe learned to reject its ancestors, its past, which cannot be good for its future also.
Europe became sick because it tore apart from its own heritage, it had to deny its very roots. If Europe is to be healed spiritually, it must recover its spiritual past--at least, it should not hold it in such dishonor…. For self-recovery, these countries have to revive their old gods”
