Blarney Castle, Ireland 🇮🇪
Blarney Castle is a medieval stronghold in Blarney, near Cork, Ireland. Though earlier fortifications were built on the same spot, the current keep was built by the MacCarthy of Muskerry dynasty, a cadet branch of the Kings of Desmond, and dates from 1446.

Nigel Palmer’s work on regenerative gardening & homemade soil amendments is top notch. I have reached out to him for an interview, to teach folks how to feed their soil without commercial fertilizers.
In the meantime, check out his video on extracting minerals from egg shells, or find his book (buy it NOT on amazon if possible!):
The Regenerative Grower's Guide to Garden Amendments: Using Locally Sourced Materials to Make Mineral and Biological Extracts and Ferment
Imagine every home having a nice garden and backyard flock of chickens or quail, an elegant closed system with soil in top condition, fed composted manure and minerals from egg shells…
[ Open question: who else would you recommend interviewing? ]

Original article from New York Times, 1901.
Nikola Tesla made many predictions including flying machines, wireless power and predicted celphones. His explanation of the wireless world was pure poetry.
The man spoke eight languages, had an photographic memory, an ability to visualize in 3D (if not 4D!), invented the first alternating current (AC) motor and developed AC generation and transmission technology as we use today, created the Tesla Coil and paved the way to fluorescent light, neon, radio signals and X-rays - just to name a few of his accomplishments.

Advice from Walt Whitman
I was once talking to a friend who told me of some sound advice from Walt Whitman when he summed up "common things", take it as you will:
"Grow a Beard, Eat Meat, and Preserve Your Seed". He also said to "Grow in the air, eat and rest with the earth".
I think simple as this advice is, it's some of the best I've heard and something many could find value in, so I thought I'd share these words of wisdom from America's Poet.
