I'm gonna vent here about my health situation a little. So trigger warning: suicidal thoughts, boderline personality disorder, illness, eating disorder, dysphoria.
I am someone that as most of you now have been treating anxiety, depression and recently got a diagnose update of boderline personality disorder.
Basically what that means is that I feel my emotions really intensively and if I don't follow my doctors orders precisely.
I have a psychologist since I was 16, they changed around a lot but I found one that is really helpful and tries her best to help me as she can, she's always open for contact even outside our therapy time, so she's the best I could've hoped for.
Psychiatry was tough. I had really bad doctors and then I had to give up a nice doctor because of capitalism. Now I found a great one and he made me feel like I am my own person and the medicine he prescribed me 100% changed my life to the better.
The clinic he works at had to cancel his appointments for this week, and now I'm suffering from that. They don't seem to understand that I need to go there when I need to go cause my medication needs prescription, I can't buy them over the counter I need to sign papers and it's expensive medication.
When I got the rescheduled call they wanted me to go there in NOVEMBER which just can't happen otherwise id have a big interruption on my treatment. But after I told them that the clinic squeezed me for next Tuesday. Even tho I only have 3 capsules left, and one thing that I can do is take it day on day off and pray I can find them Tuesday.
Today I'm feeling the withdrawal simptoms, I dissociate from my body, I feel like I have the worst hangover ever, I have some hardcore diarrea, lose my apetite, feel nauseous and my mood is all over the place. I have been working through panic attacks the whole day, fits of rage, full depressive episodes and maniac ones too. I felt like dying twice in separate occasions and my last resort was to take clonazepam (my sos medication which I like to avoid cause it causes me memory loss).
These past few days dysphoria has been a constant, but I managed it nicely looking for ways to start the transition medically, cause socially I am transitioned. And I found out that as transmasc nonbinary person I can actually achieve my transition goals with just two surgeries and onde that are simple and not invasive at all. Plus hormonal therapy which I wanna talk to my doctors about too. Start the legal process to change my name and get this extra headache off me.
So for you guys waiting on updates on your commissions, I deeply apologise for how long I'm taking. I hope this clears some things up on why there weren't any updates lately. As soon as I get my meds back correctly I'll be able to get to all of them. It's been an unfortunate two weeks for my physical and mental health.

Hi yall, another update on my situation.
There's an angel in my life, Pierre, that managed to buy my meds for me and delivered them to my dad, so now I am able to take them regularly again.
It takes a few days for the effects to go away, so I'll take it easy this weekend, to lower the chances of being too overwhelmed and lower my mood swings too.

Não sei se tem alguma pessoa interessada em tirar dúvidas sobre top surgery ou redução de mamas aqui, mas quinta feira eu irei a um mastologista para conversar sobre a minha própria cirurgia e tirar dúvidas do processo todo.

Im not sure if theres anyone here interested in top surgery or breast size reduction, but Thursday ill be going to see a mastologist to talk about my own surgery and make questions about the whole process
Im aware it is a delicate topic for a lot of people and that some also may not have access to information or simply don't feel safe enough to make those questions (or if you worry about someone interested in those surgeries), im opening a little space to gather questions related to the surgeries in order to help everyone.
