Project Yum tasting

The objective of this Central Location Testing (CLT) is about Alcoholic Beverage Taste Test

Incentive: S$135.00 per respondent who attended taste testing CLT for 2-visits/sessions

Methodology:
Pre-recruitment to CLT for Beer tasting
This study involved 2 visits with each visit ~30 to 40 mins
Each respondent is required to taste 4 beer products in each visit

Respondent Criteria
- Aged 18 to 55 Years Old
- Singaporeans and PRs
- Monthly Household income >SGD4000
- Did not participate in any beverage survey in the P6M
- Respondents and their families are not working in sensitive industry
- No food allergies
- Consumes Beer regularly (at least once a week)
- Decision makers in choosing the brand of beer and main grocery buyer
- Must be able to consume about 2 standard drinks (about 400 ml)

Food tasting

Methodology:
~50 mins per session
Each respondent to taste 4 to 5 products

The objective of this Central Location Testing (CLT) is to gather information on consumer preference
and acceptance to various food products.

Respondent Criteria
- Aged 16 to 54 years old
- Respondents MUST not be couple or family/relatives or living in the same household
- Main/Joint decision maker for food purchases (Choose your own food)
- Regularly eat both chicken and beef burgers
- Regularly consume spicy food
- Willing to taste and try all flavours w/o rejection of any ingredients
- Regularly eat food outside of home
- Non rejectors of fast food/quick service restaurants
- No Food Allergies
- Not breastfeeding or pregnant (for females)

Respondent Criteria
− Person in-charge who handles and manages the ordering process
− NON-API merchant
(Merchant manages their Grab store manually rather than through a connected computer system - not

quality” as one of their top health concerns
