用着 macos-latest image的GitHub Actions 今早突然全挂了，因为image和setup-python中都缺失 Python 3.8 和 Python 3.9 版本。Fuck my life!

在这里再说点不严谨情绪化的东西。大家在指责 py packaging 就好像一些只做 1x 工作的人去指责一个要做 nx 工作的没做好。而人们又只能看到自己面前的那摊。包管理器不可能只考虑 good case(对，只考虑 good case 可以得到赞扬，比如说 UV，当然uv 现在的工作就是逐步支持各种 bad case)
